Mondays UGH!

Oh boy, Monday is finally almost over. What a day. My kids were really hyper and wound up today. One little boy said, "Ms. Kahler do we have school on Cinco de Mayo?" I told him, that today was the 5th and he said.... "oh". My kids are pretty fnny sometimes.

When I picked Savannah up today, she told me she bit one of her friends. I scolded her and so did grandma. So when we got home, she took her baby into the naughty chair and scolded her baby doll. Just like us. Oh this is for Brad... Savannah will take wash cloths and shake them several times like grandma, then she puts it under her chin and tries to fold it. I just about died the first time I saw her doing that. On the way home she was being a stinker in her car seat so I breaked kinda hard and made all my stuff fall on the floor. She stopped crying and says, "Mommy, your stuff fell on the floor." I said, "Yes, I know Savannah." Annoyed that all my junk fell. She is a joy though.

Savannah is a big time Dora Explorer fan. She talks about Striper the Fox, and all the different characters all the time. She asks almost every night if she can watch Dora Explorer... or Cars Cars. Then she says packpack instead of backpack. Ok well enough Savannah stories for now.

The end of the school year is really winding down, which means lots of meetings and just other busy stuff. Yuck! I am very excited for next year already though. I will have a semi new first grade team to work with and well I'm just one more year experienced now that I was this year.
Well, I don't have much else to say today! I'm glad it is almost the end of May which means, time to visit Uncle Tys! Oh and everyone else too. Love you all. Gotta go.
